On Point Therapeutic Massage is a small but growing, therapist-owned practice focused on high-quality therapeutic work in a calm, spa-like setting. We primarily work with clients experiencing pain, injuries, and movement-related issues, while also supporting long-term maintenance clients.

We are looking for an experienced, professional massage therapist who values skilled therapeutic work, consistency, and strong client relationships.

 

Position Details

• Independent Contractor

• Paid per session at set rates

• Fully equipped, one-room practice with expansion planned for this year.

 

Schedule Expectations

Available shifts are:
Monday and Friday 3:30pm-8pm

Sunday 9:30am-8pm (morning or afternoon shift, flexibilty as needed)

Every other Saturday 9:30am-8pm (morning or afternoon shift, flexibilty as needed)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional massage experience

• Active Utah Massage Therapy License

• Current liability insurance

• Proficient in deep tissue massage (required)

• Experience in sports massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic modalities strongly encouraged

• Hands-on interview required (60 mins)

• Laundry service

• Booking, scheduling system, and credit card fees

• Marketing and clientele

• Payment for same-day cancellations and no shows

• Calm, supportive, flexible work environment

Therapists are responsible for client check-in/check-out and collecting payment, as this is currently a small, one-room practice.
